Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to DragonScape. By creating an account, saving a guest hero, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a DragonScape account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity that happens through your account. Guest heroes are tied to the current browser until they are saved to a full account.
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or abuse other players. Hate speech, explicit sexual content, and repeated disruptive behavior are prohibited.
Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay with scripts or bots, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service, payment flow, or chat moderation systems.
Credits, VIP time, and other digital items are licensed for use inside DragonScape. They have no cash value, are not transferable outside the game, and may be adjusted when necessary to fix fraud, abuse, or technical mistakes.
Payments are handled by third-party providers. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout flow or local law requires a different result.
DragonScape may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten service stability, or create legal or security risk.
The game is a live online service and may change over time. Features, balance numbers, or availability may be modified, paused, or retired to keep the game stable and shippable.
DragonScape is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragonScape Games disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragonScape Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, virtual items, or progress arising from service interruptions, bugs, outages, or unauthorized access.
